A towboat caught on fire at Port Amherst, West Virginia on Sunday morning. Firefighters were called to the scene at 9:12 a.m. They extinguished the blaze within a few minutes. Kanawha Metro dispatchers said the fire ignited in the exhaust system. There were no injuries. Investigators are working to determine the cause. The incident happened near the city of Charleston.
