One dead, one missing in boating accident off Washington State

The Coast Guard has called off the search for a man missing since Saturday after the boat he was in capsized at the mouth of Willapa Harbor on Washington State’s southwest coast. The body of a second man who died in the accident was recovered earlier. Very few details are known or have been released about the cause of the accident. One of the men called 911 on his cell phone to report the capsizing. Neither man was wearing a life jacket.
