An unidentified man was injured working on a barge in Tennessee after falling approximately 15 feet.
The victim was an employee of Trinity Marine of Ashland City, Tn. He was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center by LifeFlight, said Ashland City fire chief Chuck Walker.
The accident occurred just after 8 p.m. on Sept. 26. The extent of his injuries was not released.
Company officials did not respond to a request for comments nor provided any additional details.
Trinity Marine has a history of work-related accidents and litigation during the past 13 years.
The company provides products and services to the energy, transportation, industrial and construction industries.
