Beckcom hired to represent injured Australian citizen against Frontier Drilling

An Australian citizen who was severely injured near Singapore has hired international offshore attorney Brian Beckcom of Vujasinovic & Beckcom, P.L.L.C. to represent him in claims against Frontier Drilling and any other responsible entities.  

The case was filed in the District Court of Harris County, Texas.  Frontier has removed the case to federal court, claiming that Australian or Singaporean law should apply.

The firm is currently engaged in investigating the case and determining the appropriate law and forum for the case.
