The Truth About Shuman Consulting

Shuman Consulting claims it is "The Premier Loss Adjusting and Third Party Administration Provider" in the world. (see it's website, www.scslp.com).

I don't know if that is true or or not. But one thing I do know is that Shuman's only real purpose for existence is to protect employers and insurance companies at the expense of injured employees.

I also know for a fact that Shuman is telling injured maritime employees fairy tales about Shuman's true role in maritime injury cases.

For example, recently, I was speaking with a maritime employee who was badly injured offshore as a result of company negligence. Before my client was able to get independent legal advice, Shuman had been telling him that they were an "indepedent" agency. My trusting client believed them when they told him that.
