How much will it cost to hire you for my maritime injury case?

It also encourages us to be quick and efficient with your case.  Lawyers who charge clients by the hour may have an incentive to work longer and drag the case on.  After all, the more time they spend on your case, the more money they make in attorney fees.  Also, lawyers who charge by the hour typically get paid whether they win your case or lose it.
