Offshore worker settles Jones Act injury case against Clean Blast, LLC and Global Santa Fe Drilling Company

Michael, a welder employed by Clean Blast, LLC, was injured while working on a jack up rig owned by Global Santa Fe Drilling Company.  Michael was welding in a confined space and as he was climbing down a ladder, he slipped and fell because the ladder was wet from a water leak on the vessel.  Michael mainly injured his neck in this offshore accident.

When Michael's employer refused to provide him with maintenance and cure as required by the Jones Act, he hired Vujasinovic & Beckcom to represent him.
