We represented a worker against Global Offshore for an unseaworthy vessel

A Jefferson County worker selected our firm to represent him against his employer for failing to provide a safe working place.

Citing unspecified career-ending injuries, Jorge Ayala, plaintiff, sued Global Industries Offshore for an unseaworthy vessel and lack of proper supervision on board.

According to the suit, his employer did not pay maintenance and cure.

Ayala alleged pain and mental anguish and was seeking lost wages, punitive damages, attorney's fees, medical expenses and other relief.
