Up to 3 persons injured in Louisiana rig blaze

As many as three workers were injured recently when an inactive gas well ignited in Louisiana. The workers were on an oil field service platform that was converting the well  into a disposal site for waste saltwater when the blaze broke out. The accident occurred in Bayou Perot 20 miles south-southeast of New Orleans. The fire eventually burned out.
