Yesterday, we settled a maritime accident case involving a Transocean rig on behalf of one of our firm's clients that was pending in Houston, Texas.
It is way too early to predict whether all of the lawsuits from the Deepwater Horizon lawsuit will be heard in Houston, Texas, but it looks likely that at least some of the cases (if not all) will be heard in Houston, Texas, although some attorneys have indicated that they will fight to have the cases heard in Louisana.
