Suspect in Fla boating death surrenders

A Cape Coral, Florida man surrendered to authorities for his role in a boat accident that killed one man and injured two others.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission reported that Jason Williams turned himself in to members of their department on Mar 1 for the May 8, 2010 accident in which the 37-foot boat he was driving at a high rate of speed topped a seawall in Cape Coral. The accident led to the eventual death of Jason Baldner of Onalaska, Wis. and the injuries to two unnamed victims.

Williams was charged with one count of Boating Under the Influence Manslaughter, one count of BUI Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and one count of BUI with Damage.
