Oceaneering International named as a defendant twice in 8 days

For the second time in just over a week, and the ninth time in seven years, Houston-based Oceaneering International has been named as a defendant in a lawsuit suit. The cases have been filed in Texas, Louisiana and California.

The most recent case against it was filed Jan. 20 when a crewmember suffered a shoulder injury during commercial diving operations in the Gulf of Mexico.

If you’ve been injured on an Oceaneering International vessel or believed you've been victimized by the company in any way, seek an experienced maritime law firm at once.
