Norweigan Cruise Lines Settles Injury Case Brought By Injured Waitress

We are pleased to announce a settlement on behalf of one of our firm's cruise ship injury cases.

Our client worked for Norweigan Cruise Lines (also called NCL) as a waitress.  She alleged that she was injured at work.  She ended up needing back surgery.

NCL denied that it was negligent.  We brought a case against NCL under the Jones Act.

Shortly before trial, the case settled for a confidential amount.

This is the third case against NCL we have been able to settle on behalf of injured employees recently.
