Maritime Injury Case Filed Against Frontier Drilling

My law firm was recently hired by an injured Australian employee of Frontier Drilling to file a legal claim on his behalf against Frontier, a Houston-based International Drilling company, after he was badly injured on the job on the Frontier Discoverer in the South China Sea.

Frontier denies responsibility to its injured employee and refuses to reimburse our client for a reasonable settlement, so we were forced to file a legal claim on his behalf.

The case was filed in Houston, Texas under the Jones Act and General and International Maritime Law.
