A Somalian who is suspected in the hijacking of the Maersk Alabama last April has been charged with two other acts of piracy. Federal Prosecutors filed a ten page indictment against Abduwaiil Abdukhadir Muse. Charges include piracy, seizing a ship by force, kidnapping, hostage taking and possession of a machine gun. Muse, who was 15 at the time of the incident, will be tried as an adult. Vujasinovic & Beckcom represent several crew members of the Maersk Alabama.
