Injured worker sues D&S Marine Services under the Jones Act
We get called by injured offshore workers all the time. Some of them have good cases, some of them don't.We were recently retained by a young man working on the DANIEL C, a boat owned and operated by D&S Marine Services out of Louisiana. Our client was badly injured while working for D&S.
