Do not give the insurance company a recorded statement for your back case

We strongly advise you not to submit a tape recorded statement to the insurance adjuster or anyone connected with your employer without your attorney present. The reason is that old adage: anything you say may be used against you. They want you to say the wrong thing and may twist your words or otherwise try to trip you up into making a verbal mistake. They are very skilled at this technique. Remember, you are not required to give a statement of any kind and in most states you must first be asked for, and granted, your position.
